Sea Cider is a small family run farm and ciderhouse about twenty minutes north of downtown Victoria, British Columbia. They have worked hard to separate themselves from the countless mass-produced ciders, often owned by large beer conglomerates. Most of their ciders are organic and the apples are sourced from their small, sustainable orchards in BC. Worley’s cider was born out of curiosity. “What would happen,” wondered cider maker Neil Worley, “if I created ciders using different varieties of apples?” The Worleys sourced their fruit locally from their Somerset village orchards, until they’d perfected their flavors, blends, and their use of natural fermentation. Now, Worley’s is a world-renowned supplier of ciders, shipping their bottles across the UK to various pubs and festivals, while also exporting to the US, Canada, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong.
